Steps in our logo design process

Generally, there’s a process all great logo’s have taken. This gives you an idea of what exactly we’ll be doing when you ask Creative World to create a logo for your business.

  • Design Brief: We’ll ask you a series of questions to gain a full understanding of your needs. What is your business about? Who is your target market? What is the message you want to deliver (in a single instant image)? Questions like this help get us going in the right direction.
  • Research: After the design brief is complete, We’ll conduct research on your industry, including history, past successes and failures across a wide array of allies and competitors.
  • Reference: Once we’ve investigated and have a good understanding of your industry, a second phase of fact finding will start. We’ll investigate other logo designs within your industry to see which have been successful and which have not. This will include the latest and greatest in successful styles and also make sure we create a logo that sets you apart from your competitors.
  • Sketching and Conceptualizing: After a plan is mapped and research conducted, it’s now time to unleash our design team’s creativity. This is where basic rough designs will start to appear and can then be narrowed down to a round up of the best logos.
  • Reflection: “If you look at something for too long, you can’t see the faults with it.” Our logo designers must take a break, have some time away from the logo and then return with fresh eyes for the perspective needed to foster their ideas to their fullest potential.
  • Presentation: Once the options are narrowed to a select few, Creative World will present the strongest logo designs to you.
  • Celebration: If a logo get’s the tick of approval we can pop the champagne. We like to think you’ll be as proud as punch with the your logo.
